The EUSEW 2014 High-Level Policy Conference (HLPC) will take place from Tuesday 24 to Thursday 26 June 2014 in Brussels. In parallel, Energy Day Events will be organised in Brussels and throughout Europe to share best practices and inspire ideas on energy efficiency and renewable energy solutions.

Every year EU Sustainable Energy Week (EUSEW) gathers hundreds of organisations and individuals. Through bottom-up efforts, organisers of EUSEW Energy Days, events and activities connect directly with citizens and energy stakeholders at the local, regional and national levels.

The conference will present the impact achieved by the projects funded under the IEE programme as well as the final results of the 8 solid biomass and biogas projects coming to an end in 2014. Representatives from DG ENER and DG AGRI will provide an update on the latest developments in the energy and agricultural EU policies in relation to bioenergy.
