The aim of the programme is to provide researchers with training and career development and to boost the research and innovation activities in the South Moravian Region by attracting top-class researchers. This mutually beneficial cooperation between the SoMoPro fellows, the host institutions and the industry is one of the key elements of the regional smart specialization strategy for the period 2014–2020. SoMoPro supports research training projects in five research domains defined by the regional smart specialization strategy (S3): Material research, Information and communication technologies, Electronics and photonics, Advanced manufacturing technologies, and Biotechnology and biomedicine. Please find more info in the call fiche attached.
