The workshop participation is free. The services include coffee, drinks, and snaks in breaks between sessions.

The workshop registration is open and participation is confirmed by email upon availability of places.

The venue: Main conference location in Vienna to be confirmed to all registered participants by 6.02.2016.

Plans for the agenda include:

• Presentations of case studies from Japan, USA and Europe, success stories, and lessons learned

• A review of the latest civic and technology trends related to the concept implementations

• Overview of the existing approaches and solutions realized by most known Smart City projects

• New business models which become feasible in the digital economy of Smart Cities

• Demonstration of the Smart City Monitor as example of integrated platform for managing and monitoring civic processes in small and medium cities

• Panel discussion and roundtables on all relevant issues which took or may take place in the realization of Smart City projects.
