The Terrestrial Ecosystems Management Lab (TemLab) at the Open University of Cyprus is working on traditional approaches to ecosystem management coupled with landscape ecology principles, namely the importance of spatial configuration of ecological processes and the emphasis on larger spatial extents. TemLab consists of a number of researchers experienced in various fields of landscape ecology, habitat mapping, climatic change impacts on forests and biodiversity, and biodiversity monitoring.
