What is the impact of large scale research initiatives? How can it be assessed? Speakers from the European Commission, the Graphene Flagship and the Human Brain Project will discuss on these topics with participants to the workshop.The FET Flagships are long-term and large-scale research initiatives launched to tackle major science and technology challenges expected to result in 'game changing' impacts that benefit economy and society and pave the way to the technological and industrial leadership of the EU. At this workshop, participants will hear the views from the European Commission, the Graphene Flagship, the Human Brain Project, the TAIPI project and the ITER project and discuss on the impact assessment of such large scale research initiatives.Registration to the workshop is free of charge and is open until 13 February.
