Do you want to immediately apply seminar games and new techniques and become more confident regarding the methods for designing and carrying out training sessions?This training is based on a highly interactive methodology that will allow you to get insights into the role of a trainer; the mindset; how to learn fast and retain the knowledge for a long time; how to address different learning styles and learning types with the ”4MAT System”; define your challenges as NCP trainers and find possible solutions; understand better the influence of “group and rank dynamics” on trainings. Finally, the session will help you in designing your own NCP trainings and take your rough seminar plan home with you!In addition to the training, the Austrian Research Promotion Agency (FFG) is offering a full day Staff Exchange on April 24th for those NCPs interested in exchanging best practices and working methods. The one-day programme will also include a visit to the prestigious Austrian Institute of Technology which is the largest non-university research organization of Austria.
