This event is the seventh in the series of symposium and is hosted by the Food Science and Engineering Faculty.

The scopes of EUROALIMENT 2015 are:

  • To bring together researchers, producers and experts from food industry, food marketing and management, aquaculture, environment and medicine (nutrition) for exchanging knowledge;
  • To promote multidisciplinary research and to open new challenges that will lead to future projects.

To provide a forum for the broader spectrum of food science, research and innovation in food chain from farm to plate and beyond.

The conference looking for original, unpublished research and practice papers; all articles will be peer-reviewed.

Taking into account requests from prospective participants at EUROALIMENT 2015, it has been decided to extend the deadline for abstract submission at The 7th Symposium Euroaliment - All about Food, Galati, Romania, September 24-26, 2015.

 

The extended deadline for abstract submission is 21 June 2015.
