The Commission have announced a brokerage event to launch the 2016/17 priorities for Key Enabling Technologies, which will take place on 6 October 2015 in Strasbourg.
The event will provide information on calls in the areas of:
- Nanotechnologies and Advanced Materials
- Biotechnologies
- Advanced manufacturing and processing (including Energy Efficiency in Buildings, Factories of the Future, Sustainable process industries)
and also highlight the opportunities for research in these areas in the societal challenges.
Although full details aren’t available yet (and you can’t register yet!), the event’s likely to follow the usual format – information session in the morning and brokerage session in the afternoon. Colleagues who have been involved in previous events have had a really positive experience and been able to develop some really strong links.
If you’re interested in attending the event please do get in touch – euro_res@mmu.ac.uk – there is likely to be high demand and attendance may be restricted per organisation.
