We cordially invite you to participate in a regional survey under the title EU-Eastern Partnership International Cooperation Barometer in Science Technology and Innovation (STI). The questionnaire has been designed to collect information about the development of framework conditions, cooperation opportunities and potentials of STI between the two regions. Following two rounds in 2015 and in 2016 in previous IncoNet EaP the survey is repeated to get comparative data for analysis in EaP PLUS.
The EaP PLUS project aims to stimulate cooperation and support the bi-regional Science, Technology and Innovation (STI) dialogue between researchers from the EaP countries (i.e. Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, and Ukraine) and the EU Member States as well as enhance the active participation of the EaP countries in the Horizon 2020 Framework Programme.
It should take you about 10 minutes to complete the survey.

Please note that the EaP survey is addressed only to persons from Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, or Ukraine.
If you are from one of these countries, please fill in the questionnaire at your earliest convenience but not later than 5th of May 2017. We would highly appreciate if you could forward the link of the survey to additional stakeholders and ask them to fill in the questionnaire until the above-mentioned deadline.
Any personal data will be dealt confidentially, aggregated results will be used by the project and the European Commission.
