In 2013, The European Commission launched the EU’s biggest research initiative ever – The Graphene Flagship.  A ten year, one billion Euro programme, striving to take graphene from academic laboratories to the market-place. This requires the active involvement of many players, including entrepreneurs and investors. As part of this initiative, a Graphene Connect VC/SME workshop will take place Monday 22  June 12:30 – 18:30, during Graphene Week in Manchester, UK (June 22 - 26 2015).

The aim of this event is to introduce business angels to graphene as a promising business opportunity, as well as to create an arena for SMEs and VCs to interact.
