From May 1 to October 31, 2015, Milan will host EXPO 2015, the Universal Exposition, whose central theme is “Feeding the Planet, Energy for Life”.
Expo 2015 is an extraordinary opportunity for companies to meet international partners as 20 millions of visitors are expected during the six opening months. During EXPO the Italian Enterprise Europe Network partners will co-organize 4 brokerage events, the second of which is dedicated to creativity and innovation in the Agro-food sector. The topics of the event are:
- Food design
- HO.RE.CA. design
- Food and wine tourism
- Food tradition and culture
- Technologies for agriculture
- Other topics relevant to the thematic focus of the event
The brokerage event will have also a focus on EU-Third Country meetings as company missions from CELAC (Community of Latin American and Carribean states) countries will participate in it. The Matchmaking Event will offer business contacts to industry, science and food professionals who are looking for potential partners in Italy, EU and third countries, to ensure sustainable business development and growth.
